Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer insights, usage statistics, and stakeholder needs

• Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance to oversee the development of new features from inception to launch

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog

• Participate in refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops

• Leverage product analytics and user feedback to pinpoint improvement opportunities and validate assumptions

• Act as the main contact for product inquiries within the team

• Facilitate clear alignment with stakeholders and other product teams

• Utilize AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specification drafting

• Share insights and experiences related to AI with the team

• Take ownership of a specific product area and actively contribute to its development

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role

• Preferably experience in a technology or SaaS company

• Capability to transform complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

• Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs

• Proven experience using data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate diverse perspectives

• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and practical use of AI tools

• Business-fluent in German

• Proficient in English

• Initial experience with AI-driven product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing, is advantageous but not mandatory

• Familiarity with the finance, FinTech, or other regulated sectors is a plus but not required
