Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to further enhance the SaaS platform designed for mortgage brokers.

• Recognize user requirements and establish product priorities.

• Oversee features from the initial idea stage through to release.

• Evaluate customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder needs.

• Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in the development of new features alongside Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance teams.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Participate in refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops.

• Leverage product analytics and user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and validate hypotheses.

• Act as the primary contact for the team regarding product-related inquiries.

• Ensure clear alignment with stakeholders and other product teams.

• Utilize AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specifications.

• Share knowledge and insights on the application of AI with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a similar role.

• Ideally, prior experience in a technology or SaaS environment.

• Capability to organize complex business requirements and convey them as clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Analytical and user-focused mindset in work practices.

• Experience in utilizing data and feedback to guide product decisions and prioritization.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to unify different viewpoints.

• Close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders is essential.

• Interest in artificial intelligence and practical experience with AI tools.

• Proficient in business-fluent German.

• Good command of English.

• Initial experience with AI-driven product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with finance, FinTech, or another regulated domain is advantageous, but not required.
