This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the strategy and roadmap for the product area, guiding it from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Develop and maintain a signal system that integrates customer interviews, analytics, sales insights, and industry research.
• Transform market and customer signals into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead a cross-functional team throughout the processes of discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Ensure alignment among engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations on go-to-market strategies for new features and releases.
• Create and manage growth analytics, define success metrics, assess performance, and drive strategic decisions.
• Gain expertise in the Canadian mortgage industry, including workflows, regulations, competitive dynamics, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the product team's craft, including utilizing AI to enhance efficiency.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored for the mortgage industry.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS.
• Significant experience in providing direction within ambiguous environments.
• Capability to distill complex problems into clear actionable paths.
• Strong product analytics expertise, encompassing product instrumentation, data interpretation, and growth-focused decision-making.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters in the fintech sector.
• Ability to build trust across engineering, executive, sales, and customer functions through clear communication and logical reasoning.
• Proven capacity to excel in a fully remote environment with self-motivation and proactive communication.
• Must be a current resident of Canada.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or similar regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools within a product or workflow context is advantageous.
• A business degree (BA or MBA) is a plus.
