This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of data-driven product definitions from start to finish, including problem discovery, requirements gathering, scoping, and prioritization.
• Lead products from initial concept through MVP and into the market, continuously refining them based on real-world feedback and usage.
• Make prompt, well-informed decisions even when faced with incomplete information.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders to foster a shared understanding and consensus.
• Tackle interoperability challenges across EHRs, payer systems, and various third-party healthcare data sources.
• Convert technical constraints into practical product trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap that balances customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Clearly communicate the reasoning behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create workflows, diagrams, working prototypes, PRDs, and user stories.
• Leverage AI productivity tools.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Ideally, experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Preferably, experience within a clinical operations setting.
• Proven ability to own products from inception through to launch.
• Skilled in managing and aligning engineering, clinical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and launching MVPs, followed by iterations based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Capable of making rapid, high-confidence decisions while also recognizing when further validation is necessary.
• Familiarity with system interoperability or complex data integrations.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR, EHR, or payer data is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convert ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or cardiology is desirable but not essential.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
