Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the web experience for Acompanha, concentrating on how the product articulates court case developments utilizing artificial intelligence.

• Determine the application of AI in conveying court case developments and judicial decisions in a clear, actionable, and empathetic manner.

• Develop and enhance prompts, assess the quality of model responses, and manage context windows.

• Initiate pull requests, construct interfaces, and execute experiments independently without needing assistance for each execution step.

• Perform user research, conduct interviews, and carry out testing to confirm product hypotheses.

• Construct solutions from scratch based on open-ended challenges and develop the strategic roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Product, and legal experts.

• Continuously enhance the AI foundation of the product.

• Product builder mentality: you independently create prototypes, initiate pull requests, and launch experiments.

• Proven experience in user research, interviews, and testing/experimentation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across Design, Engineering, and legal fields.

• Capability to independently devise a solution for an open-ended problem without relying on predefined guidance.

• Background in B2C products.
