Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the contract workflow roadmap and deliver results within the initial weeks.

• Quickly grasp customer and prospect challenges through direct interactions.

• Develop an independent perspective on customer tasks that need to be accomplished.

• Assume responsibility for the AI review process, which includes evaluations, workflows, failure modes, and agentic systems.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to create enjoyable products.

• Assess product outcomes and their influence on revenue.

• Make adjustments or changes based on results.

• Report directly to Keith Reid, Head of Product.

• Enhance contracting so that customers find Juro more appealing, opting for it over Word.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in navigating unfamiliar domains and making informed decisions within weeks, preferably on multiple occasions.

• Track record of managing complex, multi-quarter products from inception through launch and subsequent iterations.

• Responsible for product delivery, even when timelines are tight.

• Experience in close collaboration with go-to-market and engineering teams during product launches.

• Knowledge of evaluations and agentic loops.

• Ability to conduct customer and prospect discovery independently.

• Skill in synthesizing qualitative feedback into clear product direction.

• Demonstrated proactivity in developing and launching ideas swiftly.

• Capability to analyze system behavior, diagnose ineffective workflows, and partner with engineers on enhancements.

• Practical product management experience; people management is not the primary focus.

• Experience in producing agentic systems at a production quality level is a plus.

• Background in legal tech or contracting is an advantage.
