• Establish and implement a comprehensive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics that align with the company’s goals.
• Discover opportunities to integrate AI and automation throughout workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales to create pricing and packaging strategies for new features, modules, and AI-driven products.
• Perform competitive and market analysis to forecast trends and inform long-term strategy.
• Construct data-driven business cases that connect product investments with measurable returns on investment (ROI).
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify and validate emerging technology and AI applications.
• Direct customer research, field visits, and analytics assessments to prioritize initiatives on the roadmap.
• Convert insights into actionable features that enhance adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Produce product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, workflow definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with well-defined business and financial justifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Monitor and report on key product metrics, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to promote feature utilization, cross-selling, and retention.
• Partner with Sales on value-based messaging and market positioning strategies.
• Create and refine pricing models for both new and existing features.
• Develop internal and external product resources, such as user guides, online help, training materials, product demonstrations, and videos.
• Support relationships with technology and platform partners, integrations, reseller partnerships, and collaborative go-to-market planning.
• Identify opportunities to boost user engagement and diversify revenue streams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS B2B software, showcasing a strong history of owning strategy and roadmap across multiple products or a complex product line; direct experience in the legal technology sector is strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, 7 years of experience as an Application Specialist, Application Engineer, or Application Manager within a law firm, demonstrating hands-on management of attorney and legal staff workflows and systems, with a clear interest in transitioning to a software product management role.
• Profound, firsthand understanding of law firm operations and the workflows of attorneys and legal staff.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable product and pricing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Proven success in developing pricing strategies or monetizing SaaS features is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with AI-Driven Life Cycle (AI-DLC) methodology, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of launching and scaling successful software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer research, analytics reviews, PRDs, functional specifications, workflow definitions, acceptance criteria, pricing, monetization, AI, automation, SaaS B2B software, and product lifecycle management.
