Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, uphold, and convey platform roadmaps, product strategies, and OKRs.

• Lead reviews of roadmaps, product planning sessions, quarterly business assessments, and briefings for executive stakeholders.

• Transform customer requirements into prioritized product investments and actionable delivery plans.

• Drive ongoing discovery through interviews with stakeholders, user research, usability testing, surveys, and insights derived from data.

• Advocate for human-centered design practices that align with the customer’s Digital Services Playbook and Design System.

• Oversee product backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, and release scheduling.

• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to establish epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, encompassing backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and Scrum-of-Scrums.

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including business cases, product briefs, release notes, onboarding materials, and operational guidelines.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalation matters across various teams and initiatives.

• Present product updates, roadmap advancements, business value, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Foster partnerships across architecture, security, governance, AI/ML, data engineering, and customer enablement teams.

• Align product priorities with shifting business needs and mission objectives.

• Support initiatives in cloud analytics, data engineering, data governance, data quality, AI, and machine learning.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, particularly with enterprise software or platform products.

• Proficiency in continuous discovery and continuous delivery methodologies.

• Experience in leading Agile product teams and managing intricate product roadmaps.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, CI/CD principles, and contemporary software development lifecycles.

• Experience in developing and monitoring OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-driven performance metrics.

• Background in conducting customer research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.

• Capacity to manage priorities among various cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience with federal government digital transformation projects.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.

• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data governance, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data architectures.

• Experience in healthcare, population health, customer experience, or large-scale data modernization initiatives.

• Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.

• Familiarity with the U.S. Digital Services Playbook and human-centered design principles.

• Previous experience supporting federal agencies, specifically in health IT.

• Proven track record of success in a remote work environment.

• Active Public Trust clearance.
