This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Lead initiatives in product discovery, strategic planning, and business analysis to uncover growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities.
• Assess and enhance business processes from end to end, converting strategic goals into scalable products, services, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units, operations, technology, and external partners to align priorities and generate business value.
• Create business cases, perform cost-benefit analyses, and conduct strategic evaluations, including options for building, buying, or partnering.
• Oversee products throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception and planning to implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate discussions among executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, decision-making, and action planning.
• Assist in the expansion and enhancement of OneHome services, which cover skilled nursing facilities, home health, durable medical equipment, and other post-acute care offerings.
• Propel initiatives that enhance member outcomes, provider experiences, care coordination, and operational performance.
• Work in partnership with Product Leadership, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators on research, discovery, strategy, and product development.
• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, consulting, project management, post-acute care, home health, payer, provider, or healthcare technology settings.
• Proven track record in managing products from concept to delivery, including strategy formulation and execution.
• Experience in conducting intricate business analyses and converting business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare delivery models, provider operations, care coordination, and healthcare business processes.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve results within a collaborative environment.
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
