📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with customer needs and company strategy, gaining buy-in from engineers, designers, and executives.

• Prioritize decisively among competing demands, utilizing customer signals, usage data, and business context to determine what should be built and what should not.

• Analyze data independently — extract usage statistics, conduct analyses, and let evidence resolve debates instead of relying on opinions.

• Monitor market trends and competitive actions to identify areas where Human Intelligence can establish lasting differentiation.

• Maintain a genuinely customer-oriented approach consistently. Lead discovery calls, onboarding sessions, and account reviews to grasp what customers truly require.

• Develop trusted relationships with HR, People Analytics, and Data leaders at our key accounts.

• Convert complex customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.

• Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to support deal cycles, ensuring that the features customers adopt deliver real, measurable value.

• Work closely with Engineering to outline requirements, create clear specifications, and swiftly resolve blockers.

• Partner with Design to ensure the product is not only functional but also enjoyable to use — addressing problems with elegance, not just technical solutions.

• Establish the metrics that indicate whether your releases were effective, and hold the team accountable to these metrics.

• Serve as the connective link between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Leadership, ensuring everyone operates with a unified understanding of what we are building and why.

• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new features in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

• Bring a data-driven perspective to discussions — support your decisions with evidence, and assist the entire team in becoming more focused on measuring what truly matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior individual contributor PM role.

• Experience at a venture-backed startup between Series B and Series E, understanding the urgency of building with limited resources and high accountability.

• Strong customer focus, with proficiency in leading discovery calls, synthesizing feedback, and using insights to drive decision-making.

• Experience working closely with Engineering (including on technical requirements and architectural trade-offs) and Design.

• Data-driven mindset: set success metrics from the outset and leverage product analytics to guide prioritization and assess outcomes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message for various audiences, including sprint planning meetings, customer calls, and board presentations.
