Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver Smart Care solutions within established timelines to realize business value.

• Establish clarity regarding Squad priorities, expectations, and collective outcomes.

• Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog, balancing immediate commitments with long-term value.

• Manage daily planning and Agile ceremonies while coordinating interdependencies.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive product specifications in collaboration with technical leads.

• Assist engineering and data science teams by clarifying requirements and fostering feasibility discussions.

• Facilitate cross-team problem-solving, balancing considerations of speed, scalability, and quality.

• Align delivery strategies with adjacent solutions to harness cross-portfolio value.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis.

• Work with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and product designs.

• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics.

• Support frameworks for release management.

• Create strategies for proactive user support and resolution of issues.

• Assist in developing business cases and roadmap planning in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.

• Influence decision-making, foster alignment, promote adoption, and encourage continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for applying emerging analytics, data platforms, AI/ML, and digital technologies.

• Assess and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance analytics product delivery and drive innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.

• More than 5 years of experience overseeing daily product execution alongside Data Science and/or Engineering teams.

• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with SMEs to uncover details in complex business challenges and operational processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a multifaceted environment for at least 3 years.

• Over 2 years of experience in building capabilities utilizing AI, ML, or other advanced analytics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A keen interest in utilizing new AI tools and technologies.

• Proven excellence in prioritization and aligning senior stakeholders around a cohesive vision.

• Strong capabilities in Excel, SQL, analytics, and storytelling.

• A successful track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle, particularly from concept to launch.
