Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the release of Devices & Appliances in collaboration with partners in South Korea.

• Work closely with the Korea HQ Product Management team to launch devices and appliances in the US market, guided by market research, demand, and customer insights.

• Participate in late-night meetings with stakeholders in South Korea to provide status updates and work with cross-functional teams that align with Korea's time zone.

• Serve as the escalation point for any issues related to Devices & Appliances.

• Collaborate with support, sales, and FAE teams to collect field feedback and understand customer perspectives.

• Manage product pricing, price lists, and bills of materials (BOM).

• Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to guide product strategy.

• Oversee product launches, ensuring coordination of marketing, technical publications, website requirements, and integration with tools like DesignPro.

• Provide post-launch support to enhance product performance and boost customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to convey complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including regions around Seoul, South Korea, up to 20% of the time.

• Basic skills in finance and mathematics for calculating business cases, profit margins, and MSRP.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across global cross-functional teams.

• Experience with VMS and COTS products is preferred.

• Familiarity with networking, throughput, and technologies impacting specifications in NVRs, workstations, and decoders.

• Ability to manage deadlines, commitments, uncertainties, and execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
