Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product area roadmap, linking product choices to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, and margins.

• Manage the product lifecycle from identifying problems to launching and iterating based on customer insights and data.

• Oversee unit economics, including the revenue and costs related to each user and transaction.

• Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests, and respond to the findings.

• Utilize Amplitude and Metabase to establish metrics, monitor results, and inform product decisions.

• Leverage AI for research, analysis, specifications, prototyping, and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with partners, compliance, support, growth, leadership, engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to align priorities and enhance adoption.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

• Proven history of scaling products with measurable outcomes.

• Strong understanding of unit economics, including contribution-margin modeling per user or transaction.

• Practical experience with Amplitude and Metabase.

• Proficiency in defining metrics and analyzing data.

• Experience in designing and executing experiments, including A/B tests.

• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.

• Sound knowledge of software development processes.

• Ability to work closely with engineers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for a distributed, global audience.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders and achieve results in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: Experience in fintech, particularly in payments, wallets, or financial services.

• Preferred: Knowledge of cross-border payments, remittances, or digital wallets, especially in emerging markets.

• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
