Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic initiatives for Greenhouse products.

• Shape product vision and prioritize essential features.

• Perform market research, conduct competitive analysis, and engage in customer interviews.

• Create rapid experiments and prototypes to test ideas and establish the Minimum Viable Product.

• Evaluate post-launch usage data and feedback to refine toward achieving product-market fit.

• Oversee Go/No-Go decisions regarding product scaling or pivots.

• Define the strategic roadmap and establish North Star metrics.

• Navigate trade-offs among engineering, design, and business constraints.

• Identify, evaluate, and address roadblocks and risks.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprised of engineers, designers, and data scientists without direct management authority.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on pricing, positioning, and long-term unit economics.

• Provide regular updates on status to clients, executives, and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management.

• Ideally, over 3 years focused on 0-to-1 product development in startup settings or as a founding PM.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries such as FinTech, HRTech, or Healthcare is preferred.

• Deep understanding of Lean Startup methodologies, experiment design, and data instrumentation.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, comprehend technical architectures, and assess technical trade-offs.

• Capability to engage in discussions regarding technical system architecture, product design, and the software development cycle.

• Understanding of AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and data requirements.

• Ability to work with technical teams utilizing frontier LLMs and identify when simpler rule-based systems should be employed.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Proven track record of pitching visions and gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders.
