This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish the roadmap and vision for GoTo’s identity platform, access rights, and SKU provisioning.
• Enhance sign-in experiences and minimize identity verification challenges for the support team.
• Oversee the roadmap for OAuth and MFA implementations.
• Direct user provisioning, account settings, and access control for both end customers and internal teams.
• Specify how employees, partners, and agents are provisioned, configured, and deprovisioned/revoked.
• Convert partners’ business models into technical specifications for access rights and account structures.
• Collaborate with software engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), and partner operations to realize these models.
• Define the authentication, authorization, and governance processes for AI agents acting on behalf of users.
• Identify and address root causes of identity logic or access rights issues.
• Develop documentation and knowledge-transfer practices to ensure platform resiliency.
• At least 3 years of product management experience with direct responsibility for a platform related to identity, authentication/authorization, access rights, or access management.
• Strong understanding of essential authentication concepts (MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SSO).
• Practical experience in making build vs. buy decisions for identity or authentication solutions.
• Experience in launching features for billing or commerce software-as-a-service (SaaS).
• Proficient in managing the relationship between SKUs (stock keeping units) and access rights.
• Familiarity with subscription or partner-mediated billing models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage four to six concurrent workstreams or more.
• Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with software engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), legal and security, and external partners.
• French language proficiency is required for roles based permanently in Quebec.
• English proficiency is necessary for communication with colleagues, customers, and partners primarily located outside Quebec.
• For R&D positions, the ability to comprehend technical and scientific documentation mainly in English is essential.
