This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee daily product operations within the Digihub pillar, which includes Patient Services, CRM & Provider Tools, and AI & Automation.
• Convert the long-term vision of Digihub into tangible products across all three domains.
• Establish the operational coherence of the three Digihub areas as a unified product surface.
• Utilize LLMs, RAG, OCR/IDP, and agentic systems to minimize operational burdens and enhance patient accessibility.
• Contribute to and implement the AI strategy and evaluation framework for the pillar.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services teams.
• Observe workflows, participate in sessions, accompany case managers, and leverage real-world insights for ongoing improvement.
• Lead by example and through expertise within the Digihub PM team.
• Participate in regular meetings with the Director of Product, Digihub & Patient Experience, as well as cross-functional teams.
• No specific degree is necessary; relevant practical experience will be taken into account.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Proven history of delivering products end-to-end at a significant scale.
• Direct experience in integrating AI within a product, including workflows aided by LLMs, decision-making processes, agentic systems, OCR/IDP, or similar technologies.
• Experience in healthcare products is mandatory.
• Ideally, experience should encompass prior authorization, benefits investigation, formulary management, step therapy, hub programs, or specialty pharmacy.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex deliveries without having formal authority over delivery teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally within matrixed environments.
• Preferred: experience with platform products.
• Preferred: technical background such as a former engineer, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: participation or co-ownership in AI evaluation frameworks.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with ML/AI engineering teams.
• Preferred: background in specialty pharmacy, patient access programs, traditional hub program economics, pharmacy operations, or case management product contexts.
