Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize tasks to be completed by conducting research and gathering user feedback.

• Take full ownership of essential care delivery capabilities from start to finish, which includes prescribing, prior authorizations, and workflows for virtual visits.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to assess and prioritize product requests.

• Convert business and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.

• Work alongside engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to deliver tools that enhance clinical practice.

• Monitor program and product metrics, reporting progress and overall health to leadership.

• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with clinical education and enablement teams on change management, communication, and training initiatives for new features.

• Recognize and evaluate opportunities for AI and automation that can alleviate clinical or administrative workloads responsibly.

• Report directly to the Lead Product Manager for Care Delivery and contribute to shaping the scaling of the virtual practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level experiences with intricate workflows.

• Ability to engage with technical challenges, including APIs and workflows that involve both internal and third-party systems.

• Proficient in cross-functional communication within a remote-first workplace.

• Experience in assessing third-party vendors and facilitating coordination across various systems.

• Proven track record in defining product direction, uniting a team around it, and achieving results through iterative processes.

• Experience in managing a product area from strategy and prioritization through to rollout and adoption.

• Proficient in leveraging AI for product management tasks, including drafting specifications, synthesizing research, and prototyping.

• A keen interest in responsibly enhancing clinical operations through AI.

• A proactive approach with strong ownership, accountability, and an execution-focused mindset.

• Comfortable applying structure to ambiguous scenarios in a rapidly growing startup environment.

• Passionate about compassionate, evidence-based healthcare and navigating regulated, high-stakes industries.

• Familiarity with healthcare, virtual care delivery, or health insurance is preferred.

• Experience in deploying AI-driven features, ideally within a tech-enabled services organization is preferred.

• Previous experience in startups and/or high-growth settings is preferred.
