Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product strategy for the entire data lifecycle, from the arrival of retailer data to the generation of reporting outputs.

• Manage the ingestion of customer data, encompassing imports, planograms, store metadata, cut-off configurations, and chain-specific workflows.

• Oversee metrics, reporting APIs, insight-generating agents, and dashboards aimed at customers.

• Conduct discovery sessions with retailers and store teams, transforming insights into tangible products.

• Launch products, evaluate adoption rates, and respond to the findings.

• Streamline product processes using AI and distribute the resulting tools within the product team.

• Establish direction and set priorities while implementing solutions in hundreds of new stores.

• Collaborate effectively with data engineering, data science, analytics, customer success, and retail partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, including experience with a technically complex product where you managed integrations, data, or both.

• Sufficient technical expertise to engage in discussions about APIs, data pipelines, and system boundaries, positioning you as a peer in engineering conversations.

• Proven experience in building solutions for a diverse user hierarchy that requires different insights from the same data set.

• Proficient in SQL with the capability to independently address your own data inquiries.

• Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools.

• A demonstrated track record of owning a product roadmap from inception to successful deployment and user adoption.

• Experience in delivering results across teams and the ability to effectively communicate to influence both engineering and commercial stakeholders.

• Background in working closely with enterprise clients.

• Comfortable operating in a remote-first environment with a distributed team.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits and customer engagements.
