Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee product development from start to finish, including problem identification, approach selection, building, launching, measuring, and iterating.

• Leverage AI tools for tasks such as research, analysis, prototyping, coding, and debugging.

• Recognize high-value opportunities and design targeted experiments to validate assumptions.

• Establish success metrics, evaluate experiment results, and determine whether to enhance, scale, or discontinue released work.

• Collaborate within a software engineering team comprising leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers.

• Report progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders.

• Quickly identify obstacles, challenge assumptions, and explore alternative solutions.

• Partner directly with the Product Lead and Co-founder & CTO on a product used by over 50 million users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and launching a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool utilizing AI coding tools.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools integrated into daily work routines.

• Proficient in using metrics, A/B testing, product experiments, data analysis, or basic user research to inform product decisions.

• Engages in independent experimentation with new AI tools and techniques.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership from exploratory phases to execution and learning.

• Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Fluent in English.

• Keen attention to user experience and product quality.

• Capable of developing products based on uncensored models and content.

• Preferred B2B contract arrangement and eligibility to work under a B2B contract in the country of residence.

• Open to working in the adult/18+ AI companionship sector.
