This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a technology-driven roadmap that integrates solutions into clients’ revenue cycle management operations.
• Convert operational needs into precise technology specifications.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with operations teams and document actionable requirements.
• Guide solutions from the development phase through to deployment.
• Maintain consistency with engineering priorities.
• Organize testing alongside operations and incorporate their feedback.
• Ensure that deployed solutions function effectively in live operational settings.
• Maintain precise development timelines, KPIs, and feature documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
• Coordinate and oversee work across a globally distributed product team.
• Assign tasks, review outputs, and uphold accountability for the work of the global product team.
• Report directly to the AVP of Product & Innovation.
• Facilitate connections among operations, engineering, and global product team members.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in healthcare RCM consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related area.
• Proficiency in converting complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.
• Experience collaborating with or within agile engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to synthesize information and convey it clearly to operational, technical, and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate independently with general oversight in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, particularly back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes.
• Practical experience with Aha or similar product management/roadmap tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent agile project management platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to independently write basic queries.
• Experience in deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions in an operational setting.
• Background in a healthcare RCM technology firm or as a product manager supporting RCM operations.
• Consulting or advisory experience in healthcare technology or RCM.
• Experience managing distributed or global product team members.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs dictate.
• Must possess an inquisitive nature and be open to innovation, including AI.
• Remote-first work culture.
