📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Connect product engineering team.

• Oversee Duna’s Onboard and Lifecycle products.

• Collaborate with the founders and the initial product manager to contribute to Duna’s product strategy.

• Establish and implement conversion objectives for customer onboarding funnels.

• Design customer integrations for user onboarding and updates utilizing APIs, embedded components, and Duna-hosted experiences.

• Engage daily with engineering and design teams to transform customer feedback into seamless product experiences.

• Set quality standards for onboarding processes across various customers and configurations.

• Develop and enhance interfaces that are utilized by thousands of businesses each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior or staff-level product experience with intricate, technical products.

• Familiarity with B2B platforms, APIs, or developer-oriented tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to deconstruct complex user journeys and assess their performance.

• Proven experience leveraging insights to enhance conversion rates on managed funnels.

• Background in delivering user-facing interfaces at scale.

• Ability to analyze systems and develop scalable, adaptable product primitives.

• Comfortable working closely with engineers on data models, APIs, and architectural trade-offs.

• Experience in rapidly prototyping and testing ideas.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI in relevant work contexts.

• Strong communication skills to clearly express strategies, rationale, and decisions.
