Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Execute product initiatives from start to finish across various domains concurrently

• Independently create clear and detailed PRDs and functional specifications using AI-driven workflows

• Engage in customer and stakeholder discovery and convert requirements into clearly defined, buildable features

• Oversee relationships with external vendors and integration partners from the evaluation phase to go-live

• Interact with executive leadership, presenting the roadmap and providing status updates

• Work directly with AI and automation tools, including defining requirements for LLM-driven features

• Analyze and assess data to guide decision-making and validate results

• Foster consensus among Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML teams

• Ensure timely delivery of initiatives with a well-defined scope and clear trade-offs

• Supply leadership with accurate and up-to-date roadmap and status information

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS or high-growth startup settings

• A demonstrated history of success in roles focused on delivering products

• Practical experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, NLP, or messaging platforms

• Proficiency in APIs and integrations

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently retrieve and assess data

• An AI-first mindset towards working and evolving workflows

• Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships throughout the entire process

• Excellent written communication capabilities

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote, distributed organization

• Background in product-adjacent roles such as engineering, implementation, sales, or customer success is a significant advantage

• Technical ability to read and understand code in an AI-assisted development setting is a notable plus

• Interest in prototyping to validate concepts is a valuable asset

• Experience in both enterprise and startup environments is highly beneficial

• Experience with enterprise healthcare products, especially in relation to insurance payers, along with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is a significant plus
