This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish a brand-new product pod focused on transforming agency operations and customer data into products.
• Outline the pod’s charter, strategy, roadmap, and execution from the ground up.
• Collaborate with agency operations leaders to identify whether challenges should be addressed by people, products, or automation.
• Drive the discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and productization of workflows.
• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end experiences, which include internal enablement and change management initiatives.
• Create metrics for the new domain and develop methods to assess impact where data is currently lacking.
• Guide PMs and agency team members while cultivating team rituals.
• Make product decisions in a complex domain using a problem-first and analytical mindset.
• Monitor trends in AI and product development, providing education to teams and stakeholders.
• Minimize manual efforts through productization and automation of workflows.
• Enhance revenue retention, expansion, time-to-value, adoption, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Report directly to the VP of Product.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience with AI products.
• Strong technical expertise in integrations, customer data architecture, core platforms, and workflow productization.
• Demonstrated ownership of a mission-critical product area from inception to shipping and adoption.
• Sound product judgment to assess what should be developed and released.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority across operations, engineering, and business sectors.
• Ambition to advance into product management leadership roles.
• Capacity for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Preferred: experience working at a startup with fewer than 150 employees.
• Preferred: experience in productizing internal operations or developing workflow/integration products.
• Preferred: background in tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service businesses.
• Bonus: experience as the first PM in a domain.
