Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, development, and enhancement of Dandy’s software tailored for practices as the organization expands globally.

• Own the vision and long-term roadmap for tools designed for practice use.

• Develop intuitive, transparent, and user-friendly software that simplifies intricate tasks and minimizes friction for practice personnel.

• Collaborate with engineering, product design, finance, legal, sales, customer operations, and customer service to establish product priorities, requirements, and execution plans.

• Ensure that financial and practice-related systems comply with tax, healthcare, regulatory, and audit standards across various regions.

• Support adaptable practice workflows, new revenue models, payment options, and growth into new markets.

• Assess and implement integrations with payment processors, practice management systems, tax engines, and external service providers.

• Monitor user engagement, product performance, and financial metrics to uncover trends and enhance business and customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• Preferred experience in developing B2B SaaS or software for practice use.

• Technical proficiency in system architecture, APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations.

• In-depth understanding of the daily operations of practice owners and office staff.

• Proven capability to manage intricate stakeholder needs across business, technical, and operational teams.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics and operational data.

• Ability to act swiftly, navigate uncertainty, eliminate obstacles, and deliver tangible value.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate user needs and technical specifications into clear product requirements.

• Experience in B2B, healthcare, dental, or practice management sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with payment gateways, ERP systems, billing platforms, or regulatory compliance frameworks is a plus.

• Experience in developing software for global markets is a bonus.

• Must possess authorization to work lawfully in the United States for Dandy.
