Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VoC Surveys, effectively balancing short-term execution with a strategic outlook of 6 to 18 months.

• Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance VoC's integration within the unified Contentsquare platform, ensuring that the product contributes value to the overall journey intelligence narrative.

• Prioritize rigorously among competing objectives, guaranteeing that entire increments of the product are delivered instead of incomplete initiatives.

• Develop and convey a compelling narrative regarding VoC's progression to stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional partners.

• Conduct thorough customer and market research to gain insights into user needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in qualitative analytics and VoC.

• Convert customer insights, field feedback, and usage data into a data-driven roadmap that maximizes product value.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to drive discovery, validating hypotheses through research, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Advocate for an AI-first approach to VoC, partnering with the Sense AI and Applied AI teams to incorporate intelligent automation in survey creation, analysis, and insight generation.

• Identify possibilities to utilize AI and machine learning for uncovering patterns, predicting sentiment, and minimizing time-to-insight for customers.

• Work closely with your Engineering Manager and a team of five engineers as part of the Product Trio, ensuring alignment throughout discovery and delivery processes.

• Collaborate with other product teams across the organization to promote platform-level synergy.

• Establish strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the product addresses market needs and aligns with go-to-market strategies.

• Define product KPIs and success metrics; take ownership of performance tracking and leverage data to continuously refine roadmap decisions.

• Monitor product health, support ticket trends, and quality KPIs, prioritizing enhancements that boost customer satisfaction and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS setting, with a proven record of owning and scaling a product area from start to finish.

• Strong skills in customer and market research, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into a persuasive product strategy.

• Experience in developing AI-powered or data-intensive products, with a genuine interest in how AI and machine learning can enhance user experiences.

• Proven ownership of product roadmaps, including the ability to set priorities across competing stakeholder demands, balancing tactical execution with long-term vision.

• High comfort level with data-driven decision-making, including the capability to define metrics, track performance, and utilize analytics to steer product direction.

• Understanding of both UX and data aspects of product work, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams in a distributed setting.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with remote and international teams across various time zones.
