This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Take ownership of the regional growth results for the Clinical Pathology and Blood Bank product portfolio by establishing clear OKRs/KPIs (e.g. TAM, SAM, SOM), collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and ensuring that objectives are directly aligned with commercial, adoption, and customer value goals.
• Create, communicate, and refine the regional product vision and multi-year roadmap, ensuring they align with market demands, regulatory standards, and Clinisys' overarching global strategy.
• Sustain a thorough understanding of market dynamics by cultivating a reliable network with key accounts, partners, and influencers, analyzing customer segmentation, trends, policy changes, competitor activities, partner engagements, and ecosystem shifts to proactively adjust product strategy.
• Foster an AI-driven, data-informed product management routine (including customer insights, backlog health, roadmap evaluations, and release readiness), continuously enhancing product management processes, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead extensive Voice of Customer initiatives, including interviews, workshops, site visits, and structured synthesis of insights, ensuring that customer value and challenges directly inform product decisions.
• Direct discovery efforts, backlog prioritization (in collaboration with other product managers when applicable), and solution design with Product, Engineering, and UX, ensuring clarity in requirements, alignment on trade-offs, and the delivery of high-quality, clinically safe features.
• Serve as a domain subject matter expert, ensuring clinical and operational requirements are accurately transformed into clear product specifications and delivery choices.
• Guide and mentor junior Product Managers and Product Analysts, enhancing product expertise, analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and customer-focused decision-making within the team.
• Represent Product Management in regional leadership discussions, influence strategic choices, and ensure consistency between regional priorities and global product direction.
• Propel regional go-to-market and ecosystem success: collaborate with Sales and Marketing on launches, messaging, bids/tenders, and win/loss improvements; manage key regional delivery partnerships (e.g., system integrators) and third-party integrations to speed up deployments and bolster competitive positioning.
• Measure and track product performance across usage, adoption, retention, NPS, upgrade trends, support drivers, and commercial KPIs, driving structured improvement initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Clinical Pathology or Blood Bank laboratory technician is crucial.
• An MBA and/or a Master’s degree in Health Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Clinical Pathology/Blood Bank is essential.
• A strong background of at least 3 years as a Product Manager within a software development organization or equivalent relevant experience in sales, marketing, product development, implementation, and/or support of CliniSys products is required.
• A recognized thought leader in the Clinical Pathology and/or Blood Bank sector, who has presented at trade shows/conferences, possesses a network of contacts, and maintains an understanding of market trends is essential.
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies is necessary, either within product management, another operational toolset, or through self-directed projects or experimentation.
• Certification in Product Focus, Pragmatic Marketing, or other product management credentials is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aha! Roadmaps for managing Product Management activities such as strategy formulation and feature prioritization is desirable.
• Experience using Clinisys Laboratory Information Management Systems products is advantageous.
