This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of various components of Clarify's Meridian software from initial concept through to build, validation, and release.
• Transition features from prototype to release by utilizing AI-enabled coding and collaborating with engineering teams for refinement and deployment.
• Maintain the quality standards for new capabilities, which includes conducting regression testing and managing release gates.
• Address bugs, facilitate their resolution, and verify fixes prior to release.
• Transform product strategy and vision into methodologies and standards that guide engineering decisions and execution.
• Collaborate with commercial and customer teams by communicating the roadmap, drafting release notes, demonstrating the product, answering inquiries, and prioritizing bug fixes.
• Investigate issues and confirm fixes for existing customer-facing functionalities.
• Draft specifications and acceptance criteria for the components under your ownership.
• Work alongside engineering, analytics, and clinical informatics to synchronize methodologies and resolve trade-offs regarding data quality, speed, and scope.
• Conduct QA and analytics to assess whether capabilities are ready for release and ensure existing software continues to function properly.
• A minimum of five years in product management, product analytics, or a similar technical position.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, including the ability to interrogate datasets, perform QA on metrics, and defend numerical results.
• Technical proficiency and a builder's mindset; experience in prototyping or developing products and collaborating with engineering on implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create specifications that engineering can effectively execute.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• A background in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with claims, provider or network data, or payer and provider workflows is advantageous.
• Experience in prototyping or building with AI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM-driven or AI-assisted features, including assessing and validating generated outputs.
