This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Take ownership of the long-term product vision by defining epics and features, ensuring that all end-to-end use cases and workflows are documented, and validating the product continuously.
β’ Drive outcomes that enhance user satisfaction and guide products towards achieving product-market fit.
β’ Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and obstacles that may hinder engineering progress.
β’ Collaborate with clients and users to gather business requirements at the essential level needed for swift delivery cycles.
β’ Facilitate collaborative working sessions between Engineering and Client teams to gather and incorporate feedback.
β’ Integrate engineering, user testing, feedback, and AI assessments to deliver features that are ready for deployment.
β’ Track progress and completion percentages against long-term roadmaps, organizing functionality and supporting DevOps & SRE tasks into work sprints and releases to provide incremental value to clients.
β’ Serve as the primary user of solutions, directing feedback and outcomes to Workstream Leads and business partners for prioritization.
β’ Monitor engagement and retention metrics to observe the evolution of product-market fit.
β’ Streamline user feedback back to engineering teams and subject matter experts.
β’ Operate fluidly across both strategic (quarterly scope, OKRs) and tactical (sprint processes, documentation) dimensions concurrently.
β’ Convert technical constraints and trade-offs into business language for clients and executive stakeholders.
β’ Guide prioritization choices among competing demands from clients, engineering, and business interests.
β’ Oversee and update product documentation (specifications, roadmaps, release notes), serving as the definitive source of truth for all teams.
β’ Demonstrated experience in product management, delivering new software from initial concept to MVP and beyond in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder settings.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing a strong documentation discipline.
β’ Ability to clearly articulate complex customer journeys and refine them based on feedback.
β’ Comfort in defining and monitoring success metrics, and making "good enough to ship" decisions in uncertain situations.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management skills across client PMO/QE teams, engineering, and domain specialists.
β’ Proven ability to develop products in highly regulated settings, with a keen awareness of risk, compliance, and legal considerations.
β’ Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and adaptability to excel in changing AI product landscapes.
β’ Familiarity with AI/LLM product development, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and the practical constraints of model-based features.
β’ History of incrementally delivering products in fluid, evolving contexts rather than fixed-spec environments.
β’ Ability to manage relationships upwards and across client organizations without formal authority.
β’ Previous engineering or technical experience (preferred).
β’ Practical experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management (preferred).
β’ Experience collaborating with subject matter experts who contribute directly to products (preferred).
