Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire customer experience, overseeing lead and pipeline management, performance tracking, billing transparency, compliance, and support.

• Create experiences for customers, their internal teams, and Berlitz's internal teams that provide various perspectives on shared information.

• Engage directly with customers across different markets and convert their feedback into a prioritized product roadmap.

• Enhance company-wide visibility and growth by supplying customers and internal teams with real-time, reliable business performance insights.

• Utilize Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and contemporary AI prototyping tools for discovery, prototyping, PRD formulation, and execution.

• Lead initiatives from research and discovery through validation, launch, and iteration, employing AI-assisted workflows.

• Develop the internal justification for the initiative and gather support from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Preferably familiar with B2B partner ecosystems or enterprise SaaS.

• Capable of navigating complexity among various user types, markets, and stakeholders.

• Proficient in translating customer discussions into a prioritized product roadmap.

• Possess strong analytical instincts and a builder mentality.

• Exhibit a collaborative operating approach.

• Competent in using AI tools, including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI prototyping technologies.
