Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of the commercialization strategy for the next-generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio.

• Drive upstream voice-of-customer initiatives and engage with external vascular surgeon customers to convert market needs into product opportunities.

• Advocate for the customer perspective to ensure that product concepts are aligned with market demands and commercially viable.

• Oversee the introduction of new products throughout the launch process.

• Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams for Endo Aortic Arch and Bridging Stent projects.

• Provide product marketing support for project milestones and deliverables.

• Develop and implement voice-of-customer and market research initiatives.

• Engage with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia.

• Work closely with key opinion leaders to anticipate market dynamics, trends, competition, and future requirements.

• Assist with trial site selection, training, and engagement during clinical trials.

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leader cardiac and vascular surgeons.

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on commercialization and integrated marketing strategies.

• Create training and marketing materials for commercial launches.

• Manage the quarterly marketing budget and implement the marketing plan.

• Utilize project management expertise effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in the medical industry.

• Previous experience in product management within the vascular or cardiac surgery sectors is preferred.

• Strong clinical acumen and a swift capacity to learn about new products and disease states.

• Experience in conducting opportunity assessments, market sizing, roadmap development, voice-of-customer research, and competitive analysis.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to plan and execute market research while synthesizing market and customer insights.

• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines amidst competing priorities.

• Highly collaborative mindset with a proven track record of successful execution.
