This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Redefine AnswersNow’s offerings for clients and therapists (BCBAs) in collaboration with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and other stakeholders.
• Create solutions addressing product and business challenges.
• Oversee the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-offs aligned with business goals.
• Identify and resolve significant user and business issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert on clients and the industry.
• Lead a team consisting of Design and Engineering, working alongside clinical leaders and BCBAs.
• Enhance the product iteratively and provide early customer value.
• Define product requirements and user stories, and collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate them.
• Set measures of progress and maintain accountability for results.
• Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership, customers, and clinicians.
• Develop expertise in product, client, family, and clinician needs.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research on concepts and usability.
• Synthesize and disseminate research findings and insights.
• Analyze user feedback and platform activity to enhance the user experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
• Experience with user-facing products, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in process and systems thinking.
• Comfort in navigating complex operational environments with numerous edge cases.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze operational data and leverage metrics for decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, LLM-based workflows, or AI-enabled product design.
• Understanding of iterations and experimentation.
• Experience in healthcare operations, ABA therapy, insurance workflows, or highly regulated service sectors.
• Exposure to workflow automation, intake tools, or internal tool design.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Annual salary range of $165,000 - $193,000.
