This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the care pathway product from start to finish, including discovery, problem identification, solution design, implementation, launch, performance evaluation, and ongoing refinement.
• Evaluate the external product and technological landscape by benchmarking digital health solutions, tracking emerging innovations, market developments, and best practices.
• Convert intricate clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical challenges into well-defined product requirements.
• Confirm user needs, identify pain points, and recognize barriers to adoption.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational teams.
• Ensure that product decisions adhere to human-in-the-loop principles, prioritizing patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, auditability, and compliance with regulations.
• Identify and escalate risks or dependencies related to product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational aspects.
• Utilize qualitative feedback, behavioral and product analytics, performance metrics, and insights from live programs to enhance the product and care experience.
• Prioritize the product backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet regulatory requirements, ensure traceability, facilitate delivery, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with complex and scalable digital products or platforms.
• Exceptional systems and critical thinking skills, with the capability to deconstruct complex clinical, behavioral, and technical issues.
• Strong UX and human-centered product focus, especially regarding patient-facing and healthcare professional experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Experience with personalized or adaptive digital experiences, including aspects of behavior change, motivation, engagement, adherence, and patient decision-making.
• Background in designing AI-powered user experiences while ensuring user trust, suitable human oversight, and measurable user value.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to interpret data, establish success metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Preferred knowledge in the Healthcare/Digital Health domain.
• A formal background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments, including digital health, MedTech, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
