Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the primary checkout experience where customers select and review their terms and payment options, prioritizing conversion, clarity, and confidence.

• Design and implement experiments aimed at enhancing how consumers comprehend and select their terms.

• Define and deliver new UX patterns informed by research insights and quantitative data.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams regarding regulatory obligations and their impact on user experience.

• Work alongside international product partners to extend the terms experience into additional markets.

• Create and disseminate insights into user behavior.

• Lead the product roadmap, align with cross-functional partners, and manage execution from initial concept through launch and subsequent iterations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• A refined aesthetic for user experience.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and experiment outcomes.

• Exceptional execution capabilities with a high degree of initiative.

• Proficient in collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and research teams.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Preferred: Experience in checkout processes, e-commerce, or fintech products.
