This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Lead essential fundraising products, such as donor checkout, the creation of fundraising forms, and fundraising analytics.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and implementation across various fundraising experiences.
• Enhance donation conversion rates through thorough experimentation, funnel analysis, ongoing iteration, and outcome measurement.
• Collaborate with campaigns of varying sizes to comprehend fundraising workflows and convert needs into scalable product solutions.
• Advance fundraising analytics from simple dashboards to actionable insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, support, customer success, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Articulate product direction and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independently manage initiatives from discovery to launch or set long-term product strategy and vision, based on experience level.
• Take ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives, determine investment priorities, and influence executive decision-making at the Senior Product Manager II level.
• Direct experience with checkout processes, transaction-heavy products, or e-commerce platforms.
• A product mindset focused on discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, data, and business teams.
• Senior Product Manager I: Minimum of 3 years of product management experience centered on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth.
• Senior Product Manager I: Experience executing A/B tests, analyzing data, and leveraging experimentation to enhance products.
• Senior Product Manager I: Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Senior Product Manager I: Proven history of developing customer-facing experiences that foster retention and revenue.
• Senior Product Manager I: Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver products.
• Senior Product Manager II: At least 5 years of product management experience focused on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth.
