Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and business results for an AI product area spanning multiple communication channels.

• Convert patient and business requirements into product priorities and impactful solutions.

• Enhance AI product quality through experimentation, assessment, and iterative development.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers on AI behavior and production implementation.

• Establish product success metrics, track performance, and link improvements to quantifiable business outcomes.

• Propel product discovery through hypothesis testing, data analysis, and user insights.

• Lead a compact, cross-functional product team.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Safeguard patient safety, privacy, and quality within a regulated healthcare setting.

• Convey priorities, trade-offs, progress, and risks to all stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with authentic end-to-end ownership.

• At least 2 years as an AI Product Manager delivering AI/ML-based products in a production environment.

• In-depth understanding of prompting, evaluation, iteration, failure modes, and ongoing quality enhancement.

• Proven experience in forming hypotheses, conducting experiments, measuring outcomes, and making data-driven product decisions.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including defining product KPIs and working with data.

• Structured problem-solving abilities and proficiency in making evidence-based decisions amidst uncertainty.

• Experience in close collaboration with Engineering teams and discussing technical implementation specifics.

• Exceptional skills in prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective communication.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• Professional fluency in both Russian and English, including interaction with native speakers.

• Availability to work during CET/CEST overlapping hours.

• Comfortable operating under a long-term B2B contractor arrangement using personal equipment.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with operational automation, customer support, or workflow optimization products is a plus.
