Senior Product Manager – AI, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead rapid product experimentation, encompassing A/B testing, growth strategies, and the development of new features.

• Take ownership of product initiatives from the initial concept stage through prototyping, implementation, launch, and performance assessment.

• Construct, prototype, and deliver effective product enhancements utilizing modern AI-driven development tools.

• Employ AI coding assistants to write code, develop prototypes, analyze data, and actively contribute to pull requests.

• Work in close collaboration with designers, developers, and engineering teams while ensuring technical independence.

• Convert product metrics, user behavior, and business goals into actionable product strategies.

• Establish success metrics and performance indicators for new features and experiments.

• Assess experiment outcomes, review product performance, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

• Propel iterative product development based on quantitative insights, user feedback, and commercial priorities.

• Independently tackle ambiguous product challenges and transform them into practical, achievable solutions.

• Discover opportunities to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and overall product growth.

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder & CTO to synchronize product development priorities with strategic objectives.

• Actively address product and technical challenges to maintain momentum in delivery.

• Investigate, assess, and apply emerging AI tools and development methodologies.

• Contribute to an AI-first product development atmosphere focused on speed, experimentation, and measurable results.

• Maintain responsibility and accountability throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or a related product development field.

• Demonstrated history of independently building, launching, and enhancing functional digital products, features, or prototypes.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar solutions.

• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and contributing to software development via pull requests.

• Strong grasp of product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in defining success metrics, analyzing A/B test outcomes, and translating insights into product enhancements.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with designers and software engineers, particularly regarding web-based products.

• Strong technical autonomy and readiness to contribute directly to product development and implementation.

• Experience managing product initiatives from ideation to development, deployment, and measurable business impact.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty, prioritize effectively, and make independent decisions in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working independently within a fully remote, international team.

• Experience in rapidly growing B2C technology, consumer applications, entertainment, or gaming sectors is a plus.

• Prior experience with consumer-facing digital products is advantageous.

• Strong design intuition and the ability to influence user experience decisions is a plus.

• A background in software development or product design, followed by a transition into product management, is welcomed.
