Senior Product Manager – AI, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Spearhead quick product experimentation, encompassing A/B testing, growth strategies, and the development of new features.

• Take ownership of product initiatives from the initial idea through prototyping, implementation, launch, and performance assessment.

• Create, prototype, and deliver functional product enhancements utilizing modern AI-powered development tools.

• Employ AI coding assistants to generate code, develop prototypes, analyze data, and directly contribute to pull requests.

• Collaborate intensively with designers, developers, and engineering teams while maintaining technical independence.

• Convert product metrics, user behavior, and business goals into actionable product strategies.

• Establish success metrics and performance indicators for new features and experiments.

• Evaluate experiment outcomes, assess product performance, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Propel iterative product development based on quantitative data, user feedback, and commercial priorities.

• Tackle ambiguous product challenges and transform them into actionable, deliverable solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement, conversion, retention, and overall product growth.

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder & CTO to align product development priorities with strategic objectives.

• Address product and technical issues to ensure ongoing delivery momentum.

• Investigate, assess, and implement emerging AI tools and development methodologies.

• Contribute to an AI-centric product development environment focused on speed, experimentation, and measurable results.

• Maintain ownership and accountability throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or a closely related field of product development.

• Demonstrated success in independently building, launching, and enhancing functional digital products, features, or prototypes.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent solutions.

• Practical expertise in utilizing AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and contributing to software development via pull requests.

• Professional background in building and delivering products using AI-native development workflows is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in defining success metrics, analyzing A/B test results, and translating insights into product enhancements.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with designers and software engineers, especially on web-based products.

• Strong technical autonomy and readiness to directly engage in product development and implementation.

• Experience managing product initiatives from ideation through to development, deployment, and measurable business impact.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make independent decisions in fast-paced settings.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international team.

• Experience in rapidly growing B2C technology, consumer applications, entertainment, or gaming industries is a plus.

• Previous involvement with consumer-facing digital products is advantageous.

• Strong design understanding and ability to influence user experience decisions is a plus.

• A background in software development or product design, transitioning into product management, is welcomed.
