Senior Product Manager, AI – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Spearhead rapid product experimentation, including A/B testing, growth strategies, and the development of new features.

• Take ownership of product initiatives from initial concept to prototyping, implementation, launch, and performance assessment.

• Create, prototype, and deliver functional product enhancements utilizing modern AI-driven development tools.

• Employ AI coding assistants to write code, develop prototypes, analyze data, and contribute directly to pull requests.

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and engineering teams while maintaining technical independence.

• Convert product metrics, user behavior, and business goals into actionable product decisions.

• Establish success metrics and performance indicators for new features and experiments.

• Analyze experimental results, assess product performance, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Propel iterative product development based on quantitative insights, user feedback, and commercial priorities.

• Manage ambiguous product challenges independently and translate them into practical, implementable solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement, conversion, retention, and overall product growth.

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder & CTO to align product development priorities with strategic goals.

• Address product and technical challenges to maintain delivery momentum.

• Investigate, assess, and apply emerging AI tools and development methodologies.

• Contribute to an AI-first product development culture focused on speed, experimentation, and measurable results.

• Maintain ownership and accountability throughout the product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or a closely related field in product development.

• Proven history of independently constructing, launching, and enhancing functional digital products, features, or prototypes.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar solutions.

• Ability to utilize AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and participating in software development through pull requests.

• Significant experience in building and launching products using AI-native development workflows is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in defining success metrics, analyzing A/B test outcomes, and translating insights into product enhancements.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with designers and software engineers, especially on web-based products.

• Strong technical autonomy and willingness to directly contribute to product development and implementation.

• Experience in managing product initiatives from ideation through development, deployment, and measurable business impact.

• Aptitude for navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and making independent decisions in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working independently within a fully remote, international team.

• Experience in fast-growing B2C technology, consumer applications, entertainment, or gaming sectors is a plus.

• Previous involvement with consumer-facing digital products is advantageous.

• Strong design sensibility and ability to contribute to user experience decisions is beneficial.

• A background in software development or product design, followed by a transition into product management, is welcomed.
