Senior Product Manager – AI, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead swift product experimentation, encompassing A/B testing, growth strategies, and new feature creation.

• Take ownership of product initiatives from the initial idea through to prototyping, execution, launch, and performance assessment.

• Construct, prototype, and implement functional product enhancements utilizing cutting-edge AI-driven development tools.

• Employ AI coding assistants to generate code, develop prototypes, analyze data, and actively contribute to pull requests.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and engineering teams while retaining technical independence.

• Convert product metrics, user behavior, and business goals into actionable product strategies.

• Establish success metrics and performance indicators for new features and experiments.

• Examine experiment outcomes, assess product performance, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Propel iterative product development based on quantitative insights, user feedback, and commercial priorities.

• Independently tackle ambiguous product challenges and transform them into feasible, deliverable solutions.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and overall product growth.

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder & CTO to synchronize product development priorities with strategic goals.

• Actively address product and technical challenges to sustain delivery momentum.

• Investigate, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and development practices.

• Contribute to an AI-centric product development culture focused on speed, experimentation, and measurable results.

• Maintain accountability and ownership throughout the product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or a closely related field of product development.

• Demonstrated history of independently creating, launching, and enhancing functional digital products, features, or prototypes.

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar solutions.

• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and contributing to software development through pull requests.

• Proven professional experience in building and delivering products using AI-native development workflows is highly preferred.

• Strong grasp of product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in defining success metrics, analyzing A/B test outcomes, and translating insights into product enhancements.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with designers and software engineers, particularly on web-based products.

• Strong technical independence and eagerness to contribute directly to product development and execution.

• Experience managing product initiatives from conception through development, deployment, and measurable business impact.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty, prioritize effectively, and make independent decisions in dynamic environments.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working autonomously within a fully remote, international team.

• Background in rapidly growing B2C technology, consumer applications, entertainment, or gaming sectors is a plus.

• Previous experience with consumer-facing digital products is advantageous.

• Solid design understanding and the ability to contribute to user experience decisions is a plus.

• A background in software development or product design, followed by a transition into product management, is welcomed.
