This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Define and take ownership of specific aspects of the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Forcepoint’s DSPM and AI Security product line.
• Perform ongoing competitive intelligence to guide product positioning and the prioritization of features.
• Convert customer demands, market trends, and regulatory requirements into actionable product initiatives and measurable security outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven prioritization through product telemetry, win/loss analysis, and customer usage analytics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on data discovery, classification engines, policy models, APIs, and remediation workflows.
• Create comprehensive PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering implementation.
• Manage the discover-classify-assess-remediate lifecycle across structured and unstructured data stores, SaaS applications, and cloud-native environments.
• Work alongside UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces for complex DSPM workflows.
• Aggregate feedback from Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success into prioritized requirements.
• Assist go-to-market teams with competitive positioning, demo narratives, and roadmap communication.
• Interact directly with security architects and enterprise buyers throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to market adoption.
• Experience in product management within B2B/enterprise software, demonstrating progressive ownership of product areas.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, or cloud infrastructure products.
• A proven history of owning a product or key feature area end-to-end, covering strategy, roadmap, delivery milestones, and adoption.
• Practical knowledge in one or more areas of Data Security/DLP, DSPM, or cloud security platforms such as CSPM, SSPM, or CASB.
• Strong technical understanding of data security.
• Experience in data discovery, classification, posture assessment, and remediation within cloud data stores.
• Knowledge of data or identity components in cloud security platforms.
• Capability to translate customer needs into clearly defined workflows and actionable product initiatives.
• Proficiency in authoring PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
