Senior Product Manager – AI & Creative Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Outline the comprehensive product roadmap for AI-powered creative tools utilized by both internal production teams and self-service agent platforms.

• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption, creative quality, production efficiency, and revenue influence.

• Discover and verify generative AI opportunities across formats including text, image, video, and audio.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement models in production while adhering to quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Analyze intake-to-delivery workflows with designers and media producers to eliminate bottlenecks.

• Engage with agents and sellers to prioritize features that enhance listing performance.

• Oversee sprint planning and discovery processes.

• Work together with executive, legal, studio, and engineering stakeholders regarding priorities, risk management, and feature rollouts.

• Utilize PostHog, Amplitude, and Mixpanel to monitor user behavior, feature engagement, and platform effectiveness.

• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of core Product Management experience in SaaS, MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or creative media tools.

• Practical experience in integrating generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and media generation models, into production software.

• Awareness of the current limitations of generative AI.

• Demonstrated capability in working closely with designers, video editors, and producers to streamline craft-heavy workflows into products.

• Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Metabase.

• Experience in real estate technology, luxury branding, media production, or agency settings is a desirable addition.

• A stable internet connection and a laptop are required.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
