Senior Product Manager – AI & Creative Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap for AI-powered creative tools utilized by internal production teams and self-service agent platforms.

• Set key performance indicators related to user adoption, creative quality, production efficiency, and revenue impact.

• Discover and validate opportunities for generative AI across various mediums including text, images, videos, and audio.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement models in production while maintaining quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Design and optimize workflows from intake to delivery in partnership with designers and media producers to eliminate bottlenecks.

• Involve agents and sellers in prioritizing features that enhance listing performance.

• Oversee sprint planning and exploratory phases.

• Work together with executives, legal teams, studio personnel, and engineering stakeholders on setting priorities, managing risks, and rolling out features.

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior, feature engagement, and platform performance.

• Continuously refine product strategy based on analytical insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant Product Management experience in SaaS, MarTech, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or creative media tools.

• Practical experience in integrating generative AI technologies, such as large language models and media generation systems, into production software.

• Knowledge of the current limitations associated with generative AI technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and producers to streamline craft-intensive workflows.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies alongside engineering teams.

• Experience with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Metabase.

• Familiarity with real estate technology, luxury branding, media production, or agency environments is a plus.

• A reliable internet connection and a laptop are required.

• Candidates must be currently residing in Latin America.
