This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain insights into departmental operations by meeting with leaders, observing staff, and mapping workflows, delays, and costs.
• Collaborate with the BizX Team Lead to maintain and prioritize an opportunity list company-wide.
• Identify desired workflow adjustments, measurable outcomes, and baselines in collaboration with departments.
• Quickly prototype solutions and conduct tests with actual users.
• Document requirements related to workflows, data, systems, agent permissions, human review, and error management.
• Work alongside engineers throughout the development process, including pairing, code reviews, and agentic coding.
• Evaluate agents against real-world cases, set accuracy standards, and monitor performance post-launch.
• Transition tools to departmental owners, complete with documentation and maintenance strategies.
• Measure and report on hours saved, costs avoided, revenue generated, adoption rates, and agent accuracy to the executive team.
• Advocate for effective AI utilization across Brandt by providing guidelines and support for departmental adoption.
• As a senior leader on the BizX team, determine which opportunities to prioritize, reporting directly to the BizX Team Lead.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Proven experience in closely collaborating with non-technical teams to comprehend their workflows and pinpoint overlooked issues.
• Skilled in interviewing department heads and observing frontline employees, translating insights into concrete problem statements.
• Experience in redesigning workflows and showcasing the impact of those changes.
• Background in building AI agents, automations, or internal tools that others depend on.
• Proficiency in evaluating AI outputs through test cases, assessments, or human reviews.
• Comfortable writing scripts, making API calls, querying data using SQL, reviewing pull requests, and utilizing agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience in measuring changes against a baseline and reporting results, including any limitations encountered.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests from senior leaders while maintaining trust.
• Capacity to articulate how perspectives on AI in business workflows have developed over time.
• Understanding of how to restrict agent access and capabilities while ensuring human oversight to mitigate costly errors.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Preferred: experience in business systems, operations, or internal tools.
• Preferred: background in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
• Preferred: familiarity with LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier.
• Preferred: experience in training others to use AI tools; familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps.
• No specific industry background, years of experience, or degree required.
