Senior Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the RD Conversas Product team on chatbot, automation, and Artificial Intelligence projects.

• Direct product strategy and development, aligning customer needs with business prospects.

• Evaluate and identify opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, data, and feedback.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on their impact, capacity, and strategic alignment.

• Oversee epics and projects, tracking progress, execution, and value generation.

• Monitor adoption, retention, Customer Success, and NPS metrics to guide decision-making.

• Act as the product representative internally, promoting alignment and cooperation among teams.

• Collaborate closely with the team, influencing individuals and contributing to the progression of strategy and execution.

• Strive for ongoing enhancements in product experience and user-friendliness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager / PM.

• Proven track record in managing products from opportunity recognition through planning, execution, and results evaluation.

• Familiarity with Software Engineering, Agile methodologies, Lean practices, and Product Development.

• Excellent data analysis abilities and strong critical, analytical thinking skills for informed decision-making.

• Capability to apply Artificial Intelligence practically to improve outcomes.

• Effective and concise communication skills, with the capacity to influence a variety of stakeholders.

• Proficient in prioritization, organization, and multitasking.

• Leadership mindset with autonomy and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
