This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI and analytics features across the Intelex platform.
• Establish and uphold the AI and analytics product roadmap.
• Convert business goals, market trends, and customer insights into a prioritized backlog that includes objectives, success metrics, and release milestones.
• Create and convey the product vision for LLMs, Auto-Structure, AI Lens, and agentic workflows within EHSQ software.
• Ensure alignment of AI product investments with the company strategy and Fortive Business System priorities.
• Engage in customer discovery through interviews, advisory councils, and collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
• Evaluate usage data, NPS feedback, and support indicators to pinpoint friction points and confirm hypotheses.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and analyst relations.
• Manage the complete delivery process from PRDs and acceptance criteria through sprint planning, launch, and post-release iterations.
• Work together with engineering, AI Solution Architects, and UX designers on decisions regarding build-vs-buy-vs-partner.
• Define instrumentation and analytics strategies while tracking adoption, quality, and outcome metrics.
• Oversee cross-squad dependencies and delivery risks.
• Assist in customer onboarding and enablement by providing configuration guides, training materials, and rollout playbooks.
• Equip sales, presales, and customer success teams with positioning, demo narratives, and in-depth feature analyses.
• Present updates on the roadmap, business cases, and launch readiness reviews to senior leadership.
• Advocate for customer needs during architecture and governance reviews.
• Contribute to external AI messaging, trust and governance documentation, pricing strategies, and partner communications.
• Report directly to the VP of Data Analytics, Architecture, and AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on AI, data, or analytics products within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven success in bringing AI or data-driven features from discovery to launch and measuring their business impact.
• Experience collaborating directly with data science, ML engineering, or AI architecture teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing a backlog across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS product management, PRD writing, agile delivery, roadmap governance, and go-to-market execution.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, structured data extraction, classification models, and agentic workflows.
• Experience in defining and tracking analytics product metrics.
• Knowledge of cloud data stacks like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure and BI/analytics tools such as QuickSight or Sisense.
• Exposure to AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
• An MBA or Master’s degree, product management certifications, or AI/ML fundamentals certifications are preferred or considered a plus.
