This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and advance the roadmap for one or two AI-agent product domains from start to finish.
• Guide features from initial requirements through to launch, documentation, and subsequent iterations.
• Convert unclear user demands into specific AI functionalities, workflows, and requirements.
• Conduct user discovery sessions with Senior Office Managers and contractor clients.
• Define use cases, specifications, user experience, and technical trade-offs in collaboration with engineering.
• Uphold quality standards and collaborate with engineers on quality assurance.
• Establish success metrics for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and agent performance.
• Manage KPIs, evaluations, instrumentation, experimentation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, service, sales, and go-to-market teams.
• Report directly to the founding Product Manager and influence product direction based on user insights.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of owning products from strategy to launch.
• Strong product judgment with the capability to make prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Ability to understand the limitations and trade-offs of large language models (LLMs).
• Proficient in testing LLM pipelines with no-code and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products or agents, including prompts, tools, or evaluations, is a plus but not required.
• Experience in establishing evaluation, measurement, instrumentation, or analytics practices is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS product management is a plus.
• Strong UX skills, particularly for conversational web and mobile interfaces, are advantageous.
• Familiarity with FSM software or HVAC/field-service domains is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in uncertain, early-stage startup settings.
• Must be located in the United States; required to disclose if work-authorization sponsorship will be needed.
