
Senior Product Manager, Agentforce Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce product offerings, with a focus on tax and revenue, judicial systems, personnel management, social programs, and mission readiness.
• Ensure that product and platform architecture aligns with government and defense requirements.
• Oversee feature planning, delivery, and compliance initiatives across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and operations.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers, UX, and User Research & Insights teams to discover opportunities and validate solutions.
• Create a pricing and packaging model centered on customer outcomes.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features.
• Lead cross-functional product launches and empower sales and marketing teams to enhance adoption and revenue.
• Advocate for product value both internally and externally to Salesforce teams, engineering, public sector leadership, government customers, implementation partners, prospects, and event audiences.
• Establish and monitor success metrics to ensure progress in closing capability gaps and maturing products.
• Must be a U.S. citizen (either by birth or naturalization) residing on U.S. soil.
• Must not possess dual citizenship.
• Capable of meeting customer and government screening criteria.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Extensive public sector and defense experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish product vision and lead cross-functional teams in regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Experience in developing and executing 2- to 3-year roadmaps.
• Profound knowledge of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid models, multi-cloud strategies, and secure government cloud operations.
• Strong background in AI/ML and analytics, particularly in applying AI and agents to automate workflows and expedite decision-making.
• Expertise in security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as RMF, DoD SRG, and NIST 800-53.
• Familiarity with DoD Cloud Access Point (CAP) and Enterprise Email Security Gateway (EEMSG).
• Experience with large-scale data integration, processing, and deriving insights in government or defense contexts.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into product specifications and value propositions.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Qualification is contingent upon satisfactory background investigation results and the ability to maintain the necessary U.S. government investigation and clearance.
• Must consent to completing a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
