This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Develop and validate the intelligence layer of RelationshipOS for Agency Revolution.
• Engage in discovery sessions with agency owners and swiftly create prototype solutions.
• Establish and measure what constitutes customer adoption and action.
• Evaluate management systems, carrier connections, data-enrichment providers, and AI vendors.
• Determine whether to integrate or build solutions, conduct proofs of concept, and implement live vendor-powered use cases.
• Identify data quality, latency, unit economics, and vendor-model risks.
• Define the minimum viable product for Voice AI and execute outbound outreach pilots with agency handoffs.
• Oversee the sequencing, prioritization, and termination decisions of the Agency Revolution roadmap.
• Propose recommendations for platform modernization, rebuilds, retirements, and integration with FMG’s platform.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for changes in pricing models and significant partnerships.
• Set priorities and mentor two Product Owners and one Product Analyst.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and the Senior Vice President of Product.
• Maintain and enhance the established Agency Revolution SaaS platform.
• Deliver evidence-based results during the initial 90 days, six months, and twelve months.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS company.
• At least 1 year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech sector.
• Proven experience leading product discovery, prototyping, launching, and iterating products.
• Experience managing or directly coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, or equivalent product team members.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, third-party integrations, vendors, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Strong product judgment in ambiguous and early-stage environments.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and quickly transforming discovery into shipped products.
• Experience overseeing roadmaps and prioritization for a well-established SaaS product.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations and decisions.
• Capability to adhere to the assigned schedule and conduct regular duties from a secure and private workspace.
• Internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
