Senior Product Management Advisor – Encircle Rx

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth, scalability, operational efficiency, and market success of designated products and programs.

• Oversee the daily operations of EncircleRx.

• Facilitate new product ideation and translate strategies into actionable product enhancements.

• Outline product requirements and ensure effective execution of product initiatives.

• Formulate and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term growth plans.

• Evaluate product performance and suggest enhancements to customer experience, operational efficiency, and business results.

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams involved in product development, enhancement, implementation, and ongoing management.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and operational, technical, and clinical teams.

• Conduct discussions, address issues, and maintain the momentum of product initiatives.

• Convert business needs into product requirements and operational solutions.

• Create business requirements, process flows, stakeholder communications, and implementation plans.

• Assist with product launches, enhancements, and operational preparedness.

• Track implementation progress and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Enhance product administration processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Keep documentation, workflows, governance processes, and operational best practices updated.

• Assess product performance, operational metrics, client feedback, and utilization patterns.

• Generate reporting, business cases, and presentations for executive-level audiences.

• Monitor KPIs and detect trends that necessitate action or investment.

• Act as a product subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.

• Assist in client discussions, strategic evaluations, and escalated product queries.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams on client inquiries, custom solutions, and product fit evaluations.

• Offer strategic advice and subject matter expertise to peers, project teams, and leadership.

• Guide less experienced team members and advocate for innovation and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Healthcare Operations, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading complex initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Familiarity with developing business requirements, process documentation, and executive communications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate through uncertainty.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), healthcare technology, or benefit management solutions.

• Understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management practices.

• Experience with client-facing product support, implementation, or consulting roles.

• Skilled in evaluating business opportunities and formulating strategic recommendations.

• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and presentation development.

• Reliable home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speed when working remotely.
