This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Design, enhance, and implement the comprehensive global go-to-market strategy for the KYB suite.
• Explore new geographic territories and rapidly growing enterprise sectors.
• Take ownership of revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Discover untapped market potential, structural trends, and emerging regional needs.
• Acquire high-value enterprise clients.
• Perform competitive analysis and risk/regulatory evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product and Regulatory teams to ensure top-notch KYB solutions across various regions.
• Integrate Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success for effective GTM execution and product adoption.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide enablement programs for over 100 Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management team members.
• Enhance internal KYB knowledge and sales execution processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to broaden Sumsub’s global presence.
• Propel ARR growth by scaling intricate compliance and risk products.
• Over 10 years of practical experience specifically in KYB solutions.
• Proven expertise in B2B FinTech, Compliance, Identity Verification, or Risk Management.
• History of advancing complex compliance or risk products from initial stages to global implementation and fostering ARR growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of regional and international KYB regulations.
• Familiarity with ultimate beneficial ownership structures, corporate registries, AML directives, and competitive environments.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and matrix-management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence both internal executive teams and external enterprise clients.
• Advanced proficiency in sales analytics and market intelligence frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
